Position before paint

Paint can hide color mismatch, but it cannot fix a silhouette that looks like a player. Start by fitting into the room's shape language.

  • Stand near objects with similar size and direction.
  • Avoid empty spaces that make your outline obvious.
  • Use pose after choosing the spot, not before.

Survive hunter routes

A spot is stronger when it sits outside the hunter's first sweep or looks normal from the doorway angle.

  • Check the doorway view.
  • Check the close-up view.
  • Have a reason your object belongs there.
